Description

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Project Management: Oversee and lead this 3 year long project from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Preconstruction/Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to develop detailed project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Design-Build: Work closely with the design team to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and building codes.
  • Construction Management: Direct and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and timely project delivery.
  • General Contracting: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and resolution of issues.
  • Self Perform Capabilities: Oversee and supervise in-house construction activities, leveraging self-perform capabilities to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Profile

The ideal Construction Project Manager will have:

  • 7-12 years of Project Management experience leading their own project
  • Multifamily or Mixed-Use project experience
  • Soft Skills **great communicator, be able to interact/ communicate with clients**
  • A passion for commercial real estate
  • Civil Engineering background, contractor or developer
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Blue beam, Procore, P6, BIM/VDC
  • The ability to work On-Site Daily

Job Offer
