Accounting Manager (Consolidations)

Description

• Manage and oversee monthly and quarterly consolidation close processes, including intercompany reconciliations

• Collaborate with internal teams and international offices to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting

• Support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and maintain data integrity across systems

• Analyze variances, drive process improvements, and manage the impact of corporate structural changes on consolidations

Profile

• CPA certification or relevant international equivalent

• 5-8 years of accounting experience with a strong mix of public accounting and corporate consolidation roles

• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and financial consolidation principles

• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal control frameworks

• Proficient in Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation tools, including Smart View and Oracle ERP
