Sr. Comp & Ben Analyst, Los Alamitos CA - $100k-$120k
As the Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the company's compensation philosophy and practices, while also supporting benefits programs. This is a high-visibility role that will help drive structure and scalability as the organization grows. You'll partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company goals.
3 days onsite hybrid schedule in Los Alamitos, CA.
$100k-$120k+ bonus and great benefits.

Description
Design, evaluate, and implement compensation programs including base pay, bonus plans, job leveling, and market benchmarking
Lead compensation survey participation and analysis; maintain up-to-date market data
Partner with HR and leadership on job architecture and leveling frameworks
Support benefits administration, including open enrollment, vendor relationships, and plan evaluation
Conduct compensation and benefits analyses to support annual reviews, promotions, and job offers
Provide consultative support to HRBPs and hiring managers around total rewards strategy
Help develop and implement scalable compensation policies and procedures
Stay up to date on compensation trends, compliance, and best practices
Profile
4+ years of experience in compensation and/or total rewards
Strong analytical skills and experience working with compensation surveys and tools
Deep understanding of compensation principles, including FLSA, pay equity, benchmarking, etc.
Prior experience helping build or scale compensation structure is highly preferred
Experience supporting benefits programs and working with vendors
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; HRIS (Workday a plus)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment with evolving needs
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
