General Superintendent, Concrete

Lead large-scale concrete operations with one of the most respected self-performing contractors in the region. We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven General Superintendent to oversee field execution and workforce coordination on complex concrete projects.

Description

• Provide field leadership and direction across multiple concrete crews and projects.

• Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring schedules, safety protocols, and productivity goals are met.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to align field execution with project requirements.

• Drive quality control, site logistics, and workforce planning on self-performed scopes of work.

• Mentor and develop foremen, lead field meetings, and uphold company standards on every jobsite.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or general superintendent role.

• Strong background in self-performed structural concrete, including high-rise, parking structures, foundations, and tilt-wall.

• Proven ability to lead large crews, manage complex schedules, and troubleshoot issues in the field.

• Deep understanding of safety regulations (OSHA 30 preferred), quality assurance, and equipment coordination.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
