General Superintendent, Concrete
Lead large-scale concrete operations with one of the most respected self-performing contractors in the region. We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven General Superintendent to oversee field execution and workforce coordination on complex concrete projects.

With decades of experience, they continue to set the standard for quality and reliability across the Southeast U.S.
Description
Provide field leadership and direction across multiple concrete crews and projects.
Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring schedules, safety protocols, and productivity goals are met.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to align field execution with project requirements.
Drive quality control, site logistics, and workforce planning on self-performed scopes of work.
Mentor and develop foremen, lead field meetings, and uphold company standards on every jobsite.
Profile
10+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or general superintendent role.
Strong background in self-performed structural concrete, including high-rise, parking structures, foundations, and tilt-wall.
Proven ability to lead large crews, manage complex schedules, and troubleshoot issues in the field.
Deep understanding of safety regulations (OSHA 30 preferred), quality assurance, and equipment coordination.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
