Fund Accountant

Fund Accountant to prepare fund performance reports, capital flows, financial reporting, and prepare financial statements. Provide partnership accounting and support for marketing and investor relations.

Description

• Prepare fund NAVs and monthly performance estimates
• Support the fund administrator on a monthly basis and auditors on an annual basis
• Interact with various departments within and outside of Finance, including Middle Office, Operations and Investor Relations.
• Oversee portfolio reconciliation process and investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit process

Profile

• Experience in public or private accounting working with hedge fund clients
• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience
• Fund, Audit, or Fund Administration experience
• Excel skills
• Ability to collaborate across various teams
