Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for:
- Running commercial projects start through completion up to $50M on time & within budget
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
- Upholding company image / professionalism
Profile
The right Senior Project Manager has the following qualifications:
- Commercial, Lifescience, or Academic project experience (required)
- Ideally public/municipal work but open to other backgrounds (except residential)
- 7+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor (required)
- Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
- Computer skill & familiarity with construction softwares (including Newforma, Microsoft, Procore)
