Traveling Superintendent

Description
Project Portfolio
You'll be overseeing projects typically sub-$15 million, including:
- Gas stations / fueling facilities
- Car washes
- Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Retail developments
- Restaurant builds and tenant improvements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities from start to completion
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards
- Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Experience with ground-up and/or tenant improvement work
- Comfortable managing multiple trades in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel,
- First 2 projects are in LA. If that's too far for a daily commute, housing will be provided Mon-Fri
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Offer
- $120-140 base salary
- Per diem, travel expenses, and lodging covered
