The Senior Superintendent will lead all the on-site activities to successfully deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget. Project values will range from $50M - $250M+

Description

• Manage all field activities for large-scale commercial construction projects starting at $50M
• Oversee and manage subcontractors
• Perform and coordinate all duties in collaboration with Project Manager
• Conduct all project start-up and close-out activities
• Understand and maintain all project contract documents
• Provide oversight and mentorship for development of other Superintendents
• Coordinate the implementation of the final project budget with the Project Manager
• Lead Subcontractor pre-construction meeting(s)
• Prepare daily reports, look ahead schedule, incident reports, safety inspection reports, material delivery tickets, investigation reports, etc.
• Responsible for identifying and resolving any job-site related issues
• Ensure that all safety procedures are enforced

Profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• +/- 10-15 years of industry experience
• Must have experience overseeing large-scale, complex commercial construction projects ranging from $50M - $300M+
• Successful track record of leading a job-site team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CMiC and Bluebeam preferred
• OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR certifications
