We're working with a fast-growing and innovative real estate developer specializing in high-quality urban living spaces. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join their team for an exciting new mixed-use, podium-style midrise development.

Profile

• Significant experience in multifamily residential construction, ideally mid-rise or podium projects

• Proven ability to manage field operations from pre-construction through closeout

• Strong coordination skills with subcontractors, city officials, and internal development teams

• Familiarity with Building Code

• Passion for building high-quality, community-driven project

Job Offer

• $150,000-$180,000 depending on experience
• West Side Based Project
