Description
As a Superintendent, you will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and manage subcontractors, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols while maintaining a productive and organized work environment.
The Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - Rockville / DC Metro will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction operations, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control.
- Ensure safety compliance on all projects and maintain a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors.
- Monitor and inspect construction progress to ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to provide timely updates and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Review and approve work completed by subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met.
Profile
The Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - Rockville / DC Metro will have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent role, preferably in healthcare or commercial construction.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and construction regulations.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
Job Offer
The Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - Rockville / DC Metro will receive:
- Salary: $100k - $120k annually, based on experience.
- Health Insurance: BlueCross BlueShield, 80% employer coverage.
- 401k: 3% employer match, eligible after 90 days.
