Description

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals
• Lead initiatives across talent management, organizational design, DEI, succession planning, and performance management
• Support managers through the full HR lifecycle, including employee relations and leadership development
• Partner closely with Centers of Excellence (TA, L&D, Total Rewards) to deliver integrated HR solutions
• Ensure compliance with employment law and local HR best practices

Profile

• 5-7 years' experience as an HRBP in a dynamic, high-performing environment (financial services or similar)
• Proven track record of partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement, cultural alignment, and operational efficiency
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree required and/or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
• Willing to work hybrid in Woodbridge, NJ
