Superintendent - Healthcare Construction
We are looking for a Local Superintendent with experience managing ground-up healthcare projects in Chicago. This role requires strong leadership and on-site management skills.

Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and healthcare-specific requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (healthcare preferred).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare building codes and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA certification preferred.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary: $130,000 - $160,000
