We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Ontario to join our dynamic team.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager will:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing large commercial construction projects.
• Review and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams to ensure projects meet technical requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues during project execution.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving during construction phases.
• Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in large commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and project management.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
