Project Manager - Commercial MEP
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager specializing in commercial construction projects with a focus on chilled beam HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a background working with mechanical contractors and a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Our client is a well established General Contractor with a strong track record of delivering successful projects in South Florida. As a result of their success they need to continue to add top-talent to their team.
Description
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects involving chilled beam HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate with mechanical contractors to ensure optimal installation and performance of chilled beam HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and identify and resolve any issues that arise.
- Implement effective communication strategies to serve as the primary point of contact among project stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project status reports to upper management and clients.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
