Project Manager - Commercial MEP

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager specializing in commercial construction projects with a focus on chilled beam HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a background working with mechanical contractors and a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects involving chilled beam HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate with mechanical contractors to ensure optimal installation and performance of chilled beam HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and identify and resolve any issues that arise.
• Implement effective communication strategies to serve as the primary point of contact among project stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present project status reports to upper management and clients.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual agreements and quality standards.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector, with a focus on MEP's.
• Proven experience working with mechanical contractors, particularly in chilled beam hvac systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
