Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager
This role will oversee Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring compliance with FDA, USDA, and international regulations while managing quality systems, audits, and product documentation. The manager will lead cross-functional initiatives to maintain cGMP standards, support new product development, and drive continuous improvement in food and dietary supplement manufacturing.

My client is a leading contract manufacturer in the dietary supplement space.
Description
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, GMP, DSHEA, and FTC regulations.
- Review and approve labeling, claims, and marketing materials.
- Manage regulatory submissions, audits, and agency interactions.
- Oversee Quality Management Systems (cGMP, HACCP, ISO).
- Lead internal audits, investigations, CAPAs, and customer complaint resolutions.
- Support new product development with regulatory guidance.
- Train staff on GMP compliance and quality best practices.
- Drive quality KPIs, continuous improvement, and supplier oversig
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of compliance/quality experience in dietary supplements or food manufacturing, with leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of FDA supplement regulations, GMP, HACCP, DSHEA, FTC, and global standards.
- Proven track record in audits, QMS, CAPA, and regulatory documentation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
