Construction Estimator - New York, NY
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator with a decade of experience working exclusively with general contractors. This role requires expertise in ground-up commercial and public projects, as well as leadership in managing multiple estimates and bids within the NYC construction market.

A well-established general contractor in New York City with 42 years in business, known for repeat clients and a diverse project portfolio ranging from $2M interior fit-outs to $100M+ land developments. They specialize in both commercial and public projects, ensuring high-quality construction and long-term client relationship
Description
Lead the estimating team and manage 3-5 projects simultaneously.
Develop and review detailed estimates, including lump sum bidding.
Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients throughout the bidding process.
Prepare and present cost analyses for both ground-up and interior fit-out projects.
Ensure accuracy and competitiveness in all pre-construction estimates.
Profile
A seasoned estimator with a track record in general contracting within NYC.
Proficient in leading teams, managing bids, and client interactions.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Looking for long-term career stability with a mid-large sized NYC GC.
Job Offer
Salary range: $145k-$175k.
