Project Manager - DFW Gas Station Construction
We are looking for an experienced Gas Station Construction Project Manager with a highlighted focus on gas station and retail projects to join a top-rated team in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Description
The successful Project Manager will:
- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
- Lead from the front to maintain their positive office culture
- Creates and reviews project schedules
- Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
- Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
- Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred
- Experience leading gas station and retail construction projects
- Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
