Lead Superintendent - K-12 Construction
We're hiring a Lead Superintendent to oversee field operations for new K-12 construction projects ranging from $30M to $40M. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage all on-site activities from mobilization through final inspection.

Their field teams are known for running efficient, safety-focused job sites while fostering strong relationships with school districts and local partners.
Description
- Manage all daily field operations for large-scale K-12 projects ($30M-$40M)
- Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and safety protocols
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct inspections and walk-throughs with school boards, A/Es, and inspectors
- Lead site meetings and communicate clearly with project managers and stakeholders
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and maintain detailed field documentation
Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Superintendent with 10+ years of experience overseeing ground-up K-12 or public-sector projects, particularly in Florida. They are detail-oriented, firm but collaborative with subcontractors, and excel at managing complex logistics, tight schedules, and high-expectation stakeholders. Familiarity with school board processes and a track record of delivering projects safely and on time are essential.
