Director of Sales - Sealants - Southeast US
The Director of Sales - Sealants will lead sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage key accounts within the Construction and Development industry. This role requires exceptional leadership and expertise in sales to ensure success in a competitive market.

Description
- Regional Leadership: Own day-to-day operations for the Sealants & Restoration business within the Southeast region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Full P&L Ownership: Manage budgets, forecasting, profitability, and long-range financial planning for a growing regional operation.
- Team Development: Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team including project management, estimating, field supervision, and craft labor.
- Growth & Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to define short- and long-term growth plans, including market expansion and resource planning.
- Operational Excellence: Establish performance metrics, production goals, and standardized processes to support scalable, high-quality execution.
- Project Oversight: Provide guidance on complex or high-risk projects, supporting teams with contract review, problem-solving, and risk mitigation.
- Client & Market Engagement: Develop key client relationships and identify new opportunities within sealants, restoration, and adjacent construction services.
- Capital & Resource Planning: Oversee fleet management, equipment planning, and future capital needs aligned with projected growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with safety, HR, and executive leadership to forecast staffing needs and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational leadership, financial accountability, and technical understanding within construction services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8-10+ years of leadership experience in construction operations, sealants, waterproofing, restoration, or related building envelope services
- Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and complex projects at a regional or business-unit level
- Strong working knowledge of sealants, joint systems, waterproofing, air barriers, masonry or concrete restoration, and firestopping
- Demonstrated ability to scale teams and processes in a growing or newly established operation
- Solid understanding of OSHA and construction safety best practices
- Background as a Senior Project Manager ready for the next step, or a General Manager / Operations Leader preferred

Job Offer
- Base Salary: Targeting $140,000-$160,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Bonus: Performance-based incentive
