Senior Project Manager - Civil Construction
This Dallas based company is a leading Civil Contractor established more than 30+ years ago, and is a leader in the Texas market with a diverse pipeline of public and private sector projects. They are in need of a Sr. Project Manager to add to it's their excellent office culture.

Description
- Lead and manage property projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Resolve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently
- Provide regular project updates to senior management
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the team
Profile
A successful Sr. Project Manager should have:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing public and/or private roadway, utility, and / or site development projects.
- Strong working knowledge of civil construction processes including earthwork, grading, water, sewer, storm drainage, and paving.
- Experience in production tracking and managing detailed budgets and schedules.
- A construction management degree, civil engineering degree, or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range between $183,500 - $212,400 / year
