Project Manager - Kennebunk ME - Residential Construction
Family Owned & Operated Custom Home Builder is looking for a Project Manager to join their team!
Projects ranging from $1M - $7M, and an excellent reputation with the quality of work and professionalism from their team.
40+ years building High-End Custom Homes throughout the state of Maine, this Builder has been expanding and growing consistently over the decade!
Client Details
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Providing overall administration and coordination of design and construction activities
- Working efficiently both on-site and in the office weekly
- Ensuring the quality of high standard performance and compliance
- Daily interfacing with on-site construction team, contractors, & architects/engineers
- Communicating daily with the owner/client
- Establishing project objective goals
- Managing multiple projects at any given time
Description
- Manage residential construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present reports on project milestones and financial.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Residential Construction should have:
- A strong understanding of residential construction practices and processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and coordinate with clients.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction projects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards in construction.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
