Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities for the multifamily project in Manchester, NH.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols at the job site.
