Senior Credit Risk Officer
The Senior Credit Risk officer evaluates and monitors portfolio-level credit risk using advanced analytics, statistical techniques, and data-driven strategies. They collaborate with internal teams to develop policies and optimize risk-adjusted returns while aligning objectives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Credit Risk: Apply statistical models and data-driven techniques to assess portfolio-level credit risk effectively
- Monitor Portfolio Trends: Identify patterns, emerging risks, and growth opportunities across diverse customer segments.
- Shape Policies and Strategies: Develop credit risk frameworks, underwriting approaches, and pricing models to align with business objectives.
- Generate Insights: Provide actionable recommendations to maximize risk-adjusted returns.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with stakeholders in operations, product development, finance, and compliance to streamline risk management processes.
Profile
Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Profiencicy in SQL and experience with credit risk analysis.
- Strong grasp of credit risk models such as PD, LGD, and EAD.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detaiils.
Nice To Have:
- Python programming expertise.
- Hands-on experience with SME lending.
Job Offer
$65,000 - $100,000 base salary.
