Commercial Interior Construction Project Manager - NY
We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong corporate interiors background to lead commercial office fit-outs from preconstruction through completion. This role requires hands-on estimating, contract negotiation, and business development.
Client Details
A well-established, entrepreneurial commercial interiors contractor with projects throughout Manhattan. This team is high-energy and growth-focused, offering a unique model where PMs take full ownership of their projects, from bid to closeout.
Description
- Managing corporate interior fit-outs across Manhattan, from law firms to executive offices.
- Handling estimating, contract negotiation, and bid development.
- Developing client relationships through networking and business development.
- Leading subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality execution.
Profile
- A motivated PM with 5-10 years of experience in corporate interiors.
- Someone eager to own the full project lifecycle and step into business development.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Background in estimating, scheduling, and contract negotiation is a must.
Job Offer
- Salary up to $145K + bonuses.

This is an office-based role with occasional site visits. The hiring process includes a virtual interview, followed by an in-person meeting with senior leadership. Background check and drug test required post-offer.
