Description

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations on luxury residential projects
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, quality, and safety
• Coordinate closely with project managers and ownership
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and client expectations
• Deliver projects on time while upholding luxury finishes and quality

Profile

• 3-5 years of superintendent experience
• Strong background in luxury residential (not commercial or institutional)
• Miami project experience required (no relocation candidates)
• Ability to oversee high-end finishes and detail‑driven interiors

Job Offer

• Salary: $140K-$160K
