Description
Lead sourcing strategies for retail technologies, including merchant acquiring, POS systems, and co-branded B2B cards
Manage supplier relationships across payment processing, loyalty platforms, and customer engagement tools
Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and IT to enhance procure-to-pay processes
Negotiate and manage complex global vendor contracts to ensure long-term value and performance
Identify and implement innovative solutions that improve customer experience through procurement
Analyze supply markets and vendor performance to inform strategic decisions
Support digital transformation initiatives across the retail procurement landscape
Profile
Retail & Payment Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail environments and experience sourcing technologies like POS systems, merchant acquiring, payment gateways, and loyalty platforms.
Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Track record of leading complex procurement strategies across digital, customer-facing, or IT categories.
Supplier & Contract Management: Skilled in negotiating and managing high-value, global vendor contracts with a focus on performance and long-term value.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate with operations, finance, and IT to align sourcing efforts with broader business goals.
Experience in Large Organizations: Comfortable operating in Fortune 500 or complex matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and layers of governance.
