Description

The Manufacturing Shift Supervisor will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• The schedule rotates every month: 1st shift 6 - 2 pm, 2nd shift 2 -10 pm, and 3rd shift 10 pm - 6 am.
• Supervise all aspects of manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and implement training, onboarding, and cross-training plans.
• Create work schedules and manage workforce allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving programs.
• Maintain a culture of respect, professionalism, and collaboration.

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Shift Supervisor should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to engage and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ERP systems (Oracle, ADP).
