Description

• Performing cost analyses and preparing budget reports.

• Conducting risk assessments for construction projects.
• Reviewing and analyzing project specifications.

Profile

A successful Estimator should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Familiarity with financial and project management software.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
