Estimator - Nashville
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Estimator to join our team in the Construction department based in Nashville. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Description
- Performing cost analyses and preparing budget reports.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors on estimates.
- Assessing the financial feasibility of construction projects.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Conducting risk assessments for construction projects.
- Reviewing and analyzing project specifications.
- Optimizing procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with financial and project management software.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
