Description
- Create and develop (CPM) schedules that are fully resource-loaded.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance of schedules as per client contract requirements.
- Train and mentor junior personnel on effective schedule management practices
- Develop review checklists for schedule baselines and updates.
- Review and provide feedback on third-party/subcontractor construction schedules.
- Collaborate with third-party schedulers to address review comments effectively.
- Generate project schedule narrative reports and associated supporting reports as needed.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3 years of successful experience in CPM scheduling for construction projects using Primavera Scheduling Software.
- Strong understanding of schedule delay principles and techniques, with proficiency in the Critical Path Method.
- Ability to interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, contracts/general conditions) at all design stages.
Job Offer
- 85-105k base (depending on experience)
