Description

• Create and develop (CPM) schedules that are fully resource-loaded.

• Perform regular updates and maintenance of schedules as per client contract requirements.

• Train and mentor junior personnel on effective schedule management practices

• Develop review checklists for schedule baselines and updates.

• Review and provide feedback on third-party/subcontractor construction schedules.

• Collaborate with third-party schedulers to address review comments effectively.

• Generate project schedule narrative reports and associated supporting reports as needed.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• 3 years of successful experience in CPM scheduling for construction projects using Primavera Scheduling Software.

• Strong understanding of schedule delay principles and techniques, with proficiency in the Critical Path Method.

• Ability to interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, contracts/general conditions) at all design stages.
