Head of eCommerce
The Head of eCommerce will be responsible for driving eCommerce DTC growth within the personal care industry, leveraging digital platforms to enhance consumer engagement and optimize business performance.

Description
Optimize Journey
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and seamless navigation
- Work with our developer to update our website and launch new digital products to grow our business, ensure optimum performance, and increase our conversion rate
Retain and Convert
- Manage and optimize our email and SMS campaign strategies to help convert new customers and retain existing customers
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize sales performance, and inform strategic decisions
Customer Service and Operations
- Lead our customer service team to ensure best practices, fast response times, and empathetic customer service.
- Work with our operations team to align forecasts and promotional events
- Manage the performance of the eCommerce team to deliver on sales targets.
- Oversee the development and management of digital marketing campaigns

Profile
A successful 'Head of eCommerce' should have:
- A strong understanding of DTC eCommerce strategies and digital marketing techniques in the CPG industry.
- Proven ability to lead a team to deliver on sales targets.

- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
