Superintendent- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the field operations of healthcare construction projects in Miami. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable general contractor with a strong portfolio in hospitals, medical office buildings, and outpatient facilities.

Description
Lead the on-site execution of healthcare projects from start to finish.
Coordinate daily with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules.
Maintain strict quality control and enforce safety protocols at all times.
Manage field documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and RFIs.
Interface with healthcare facility representatives to coordinate construction activities with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Conduct regular site meetings and ensure clear communication across all trades and stakeholders.
Profile
Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
Must have completed ground-up or renovation healthcare projects (hospital, surgery centers, MOBs, etc.).
Proven knowledge of AHCA compliance and healthcare safety protocols.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive performance on-site.
OSHA 30 certification preferred; CPR/First Aid a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong asset but not required.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary in the $100k-$130k range, depending on experience.
