Superintendent- Healthcare Construction
Take the lead on complex healthcare construction projects with a top-tier general contractor in South Florida. This Superintendent role is ideal for an experienced construction professional looking to manage high-profile healthcare builds from start to finish.

Description
Lead daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
Coordinate all field activities, subcontractors, and site logistics
Enforce strict compliance with OSHA and AHCA regulations
Collaborate with the Project Manager to drive progress, manage schedules, and resolve issues proactively
Maintain detailed daily reports and conduct regular progress meetings
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and client expectations
Profile
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, ideally in healthcare or institutional construction
Proven experience managing ground-up or interior healthcare projects in excess of $10M
Strong working knowledge of healthcare building codes, infection control procedures (ICRA), and AHCA standards
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
OSHA 30 Certification required; additional healthcare construction certifications a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
