Description

• Lead daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence

• Coordinate all field activities, subcontractors, and site logistics

• Enforce strict compliance with OSHA and AHCA regulations

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to drive progress, manage schedules, and resolve issues proactively

• Maintain detailed daily reports and conduct regular progress meetings

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and client expectations

Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, ideally in healthcare or institutional construction

• Proven experience managing ground-up or interior healthcare projects in excess of $10M

• Strong working knowledge of healthcare building codes, infection control procedures (ICRA), and AHCA standards

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• OSHA 30 Certification required; additional healthcare construction certifications a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
