Superintendent- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction to oversee projects in the Miami area. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Description
Supervise all field operations for healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are met
Enforce safety protocols, infection control requirements, and AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) standards
Work closely with the Project Manager and client representatives to ensure clear communication and alignment
Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing delays or issues
Conduct regular inspections and generate daily reports on progress and site activities
Maintain high standards for quality control and jobsite cleanliness, especially within active healthcare facilities
Profile
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a clear track record of delivering healthcare-related construction projects. They should have a deep understanding of AHCA compliance, hospital construction phasing, and infection control protocols. Strong leadership skills, the ability to problem-solve under pressure, and effective communication with both field teams and clients are critical. OSHA 30 certification is required; ASHE or CHC certification is a plus.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
