Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify infrastructure investment opportunities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence for direct, joint venture, indirect, and co-investment strategies

• Prepare detailed investment memos for presentation to decision-making committees

• Assist with asset management, overseeing infrastructure portfolio performance

• Provide research and portfolio management support to senior leadership, working closely with internal teams and external partners

Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum two years of experience in infrastructure investment or advisory roles

• Strong expertise in market evaluation, risk management, and portfolio strategy within the infrastructure sector

• Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling and valuation proficiency

• Experience working with financial sponsors, joint venture partners, and government agencies, ideally with prior transaction exposure

• Excellent writing skills for drafting reports, memos, and investment committee communications

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency

• Bilingual-Korean is mandatory for this role

Job Offer

$150,000 - $200,000.
