Legal Recruiting Assistant
Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Recruiting Assistant to join our team in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6 months - 1+ years of experience ideally from an AM100 law firm who is passionate about legal recruiting and wants to grow within the legal industry.

Description
Provide logistical and administrative support for the full-cycle recruiting process (including on-campus recruiting, summer programs, lateral hires, and diversity initiatives)
Coordinate interviews and schedules with candidates and attorneys
Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruiting data
Assist with planning and executing recruiting events, including summer associate programming and firmwide initiatives
Prepare and send offer letters, rejection notices, and other candidate communications
Liaise with law schools and external vendors
Collaborate with HR, Professional Development, and Marketing on cross-functional projects
Support internal tracking and reporting efforts using Excel and recruiting databases
Profile
Bachelor's degree required
1+ year of legal recruiting, HR, or professional services experience (AM100 law firm experience highly preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel); experience with viRecruit, Workday, or similar systems a plus
Job Offer
