Finance Manager

Our Client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to ensure the organization's financial health and alignment with strategic goals.

A global entertainment company that offers gourmet entertainment services to Airline, Event, Restaurant, and Lounge / Hotel business segments.

Description

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage the company's annual budgeting process, financial forecasts, and long-term financial planning. Conduct variance analysis to monitor financial performance against budget and forecast.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly financial statements, cash flow statements, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies and business plans.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, regulatory agencies, and internal departments. Address financial inquiries and provide expert advice on financial matters.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • In-depth understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices in financial management.

  • Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
