Project Manager - High Rise/ Multifamily Experience - 170 Units

The project is located in Roxbury, MA & kicks off in July, so would like to have this candidate in seat by mid-June.

This role requires expertise in managing construction projects within the multifamily and high-rise sectors - particularly experience with post tension concrete.

Description

• Manage all aspects of the 170-unit high-rise multifamily construction project from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to address technical challenges.
• Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience managing high-rise or multifamily construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management tools.
