National Account Manager - Retail/Grocery

Description
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in the retail sector along the East Coast.
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail accounts including Publix, Wegman's, Wakefern, Food Lion and others.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Support and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as needed.

Profile
A successful National Account Manager - East professional should have:
- Strong experience in the natural foods industry with a focus on retail/grocery.
- HQ-call relationships with conventional and natural grocers.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.

- Familiarity with sales and performance metrics.
