Description

• Oversee all phases of retail construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients, designers, and internal teams to align on project goals.
• Resolve onsite issues and delays through proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.

Profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in the commercial, retail, or industrial sectors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to foster and develop client relationships
• Estimating experience is a plus!
• Passion for construction

Job Offer

• Base salary of $100-$130K, dependent on experience
