Quality & Regulatory Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Quality & Regulatory Manager to oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the fast-paced cosmetic & personal care industry. This role requires expertise in engineering and manufacturing to ensure products meet all regulatory standards and quality expectations.

Client Details

This opportunity is with a small-sized OTC Skincare brand operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. They are committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining excellence in their engineering and manufacturing processes.

Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and systems to ensure product compliance with regulations.
• Monitor manufacturing operations to identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead regulatory audits and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and standards in the FMCG industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges effectively.
• Maintain and update regulatory documentation and certifications as required.
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive quality measures.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality and regulatory standards.
• Support the development of new products by ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Profile

A successful Quality & Regulatory Manager should have:

• Experience in engineering and manufacturing processes.

• Ability to lead audits and manage regulatory documentation.
