• Manage all field operations for healthcare construction projects

Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong track record in healthcare construction, particularly within active medical environments. They excel in communication, schedule management, and subcontractor coordination. Knowledge of infection control protocols (ICRA) is a plus. They are decisive, safety-focused, and capable of leading teams under pressure.

• 7+ years of total construction experience

• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects

• Proven track record managing ground-up and renovation builds in active healthcare environments

• OSHA 30 certification required

• Familiarity with ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) standards preferred

• Strong ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project timelines

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
