Senior Estimator
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Estimator, specializing in ground-up, high rise construction. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and procedures.

Description
- Evaluate construction projects to provide accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project management teams to understand project requirements
- Analyze blueprints and other project documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
- Prepare and submit financial documents
- Track changes in scope of work and update estimates accordingly
- Maintain a comprehensive database of cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers
- Conduct risk analysis to mitigate potential issues

Profile
A successful 'Senior Estimator' should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- In-depth understanding of construction processes and property development
- Will have had exposure to projects valued at or above $100 million.
