Superintendent- Healthcare Renovations
We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee the buildout and renovation of healthcare and medical facilities across South Florida. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership and specialized knowledge of healthcare construction projects to ensure quality delivery, safety compliance, and on-time performance.

Our client is a reputable and growing General Contractor headquartered in Miami, FL, specializing in interior buildouts and renovations of hospitals, clinics, surgical centers, and other medical facilities. With a strong portfolio of repeat healthcare clients and a reputation for quality, they pride themselves on delivering complex projects with precision, safety, and care for operational continuity in active medical environments.
Description
Oversee daily on-site operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, and safety protocols.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain workflow and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure all construction activities meet healthcare compliance standards, infection control requirements, and AHCA regulations.
Maintain regular communication with project managers, clients, and facility stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and manage punch lists, quality control, and closeout procedures.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong background in healthcare/medical facility projects.
Proven ability to manage renovations in active, operational healthcare environments.
In-depth knowledge of AHCA standards, infection control procedures, and healthcare-specific construction protocols.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 and other relevant safety certifications preferred.
