Superintendent- Healthcare Renovations

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee the buildout and renovation of healthcare and medical facilities across South Florida. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership and specialized knowledge of healthcare construction projects to ensure quality delivery, safety compliance, and on-time performance.

With a strong portfolio of repeat healthcare clients and a reputation for quality, they pride themselves on delivering complex projects with precision, safety, and care for operational continuity in active medical environments.

Description

• Oversee daily on-site operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, and safety protocols.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain workflow and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure all construction activities meet healthcare compliance standards, infection control requirements, and AHCA regulations.

• Maintain regular communication with project managers, clients, and facility stakeholders.

• Conduct site inspections and manage punch lists, quality control, and closeout procedures.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong background in healthcare/medical facility projects.

• Proven ability to manage renovations in active, operational healthcare environments.

• In-depth knowledge of AHCA standards, infection control procedures, and healthcare-specific construction protocols.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• OSHA 30 and other relevant safety certifications preferred.
