Superintendent - Top Ranked General Contractor - Greenville will be responsible for:

Profile
Superintendent - Top Ranked General Contractor - Greenville should have:
- 5+ years of construction experience, including 2+ years as an Assistant Superintendent
 - Strong knowledge of all phases of building construction and subcontractor scopes
 - Ability to read blueprints and perform advanced layout
 - OSHA 30 certification and basic knowledge of contract types
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
 - Excellent communication and leadership skills
 - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
