Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Top Northern NE Contractor will be responsible for:
- Assisting in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project milestones.
- Supporting procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change order processes.
- Helping maintain project records, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Collaborating with field teams to ensure alignment between office and site operations.
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Top Northern NE Contractor should have:
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Familiar with P6 and/or scheduling (preferred)
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into a Project Manager role.
