We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial and multifamily construction projects across Connecticut. This is an opportunity to join a well-established general contractor with a strong pipeline of work through 2026, offering stability and exciting projects.

Description
- Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve project goals.
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Utilize construction management software such as Procore and Microsoft Office to track and report progress.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout all phases of the project.
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multifamily and commercial projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully and efficiently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office, with a thorough understanding of construction processes and best practices.
- Stability in employment history, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
