AP Specialist/Staff Accountant
This candidate manages the full accounts payable cycle, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments. They maintain accurate financial records, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end closing activities while collaborating effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Description
Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and execute payments through various methods
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Collaborate with other departments and vendors to resolve payment issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
Profile
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
