Operations Manager - Warehouse & Distribution
Operations Manager responsible for driving innovation, accountability, and operational efficiency across warehouse, distribution, purchasing, and account support teams.

Our Client is a trusted partner in electrical engineering and manufacturing, specializing in power safety and control equipment. They offer a streamlined design-to-delivery process, ensuring high-quality, UL-certified solutions that meet safety standards and specifications. Their expertise includes custom power and controls cabinets, electrical balance of systems (EBOS) for solar and storage, and hazardous-rated cable assemblies.
Description
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all operational functions, including warehouse operations, logistics, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Design and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's financial objectives, growth initiatives, and customer service standards.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators to ensure cost discipline, operational efficiency, and consistent on‑time delivery.
- Drive process optimization across ERP platforms (Infor SX.e / CloudSuite), warehouse operations, and supplier management workflows.
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast operational needs, develop budgets, and advance continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and strengthen supplier partnerships, lead contract negotiations, and optimize purchasing strategies, including rebate and cost‑recovery programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and supervisors to build high‑performing, collaborative, cross‑functional teams.
Profile
- A strategic leader with 10+ years of experience in industrial or distribution operations, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management (or related field).
- Experienced in warehouse management, purchasing, and process optimization with measurable results in efficiency and cost control.
- Skilled in ERP systems (Infor SX.e or CloudSuite preferred) and data-driven decision-making.
- A collaborative, results-oriented professional with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Offer
- Salary: $115,000 - $140,000
