Construction Project Manager - SCA - Manhattan, NY will be responsible for the oversight and completion of SCA and other Public Works projects like DDC or MTA Construction projects throughout New York, New York.

Description

Construction Project Manager - SCA - Manhattan, NY

• Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team
• Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project
• Manage and lead a team of Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
• Maintain and manage all job site activities
• Be the Project Manager on a NYC public works projects for agencies like the SCA, MTA, DDC, NYCTA, and more
• Manage ground up construction projects for the NYC SCA or MTA

Profile

Construction Project Manager - SCA - Manhattan, NY

• 7+ years of Experience
• Experience with SCA and MTA projects is PLUS
• Experience working on Ground up NYC Construction projects for the following:

New York City Department of Design & Construction; New York City Economic Development Corp.; New York City Department of Transportation; Metropolitan Transportation Authority; Metro North Railroad; NYC Schools Construction Authority.

• Experience handling 100% of ground up construction projects in Manahattan, NY or New York City
• Local to New York, NY
• Must have experience building in New York City
• Construction Management or equivalent degree (Civil Engineering)
• $170k- $190k
