Estimator / Senior Estimator

This role is for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join a dynamic preconstruction team in South Florida. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting preconstruction efforts on a variety of commercial projects. Client Details

Description

• Prepare and manage estimates across multiple trades and projects simultaneously.
• Solicit and review subcontractor bids, perform quantity take-offs, and ensure complete scope coverage.
• For Senior Estimator: serve as the lead on assigned projects, with familiarity across most or all CSI divisions.
• Collaborate with the Director of Preconstruction, Chief Estimator, and estimating team to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.

Profile

• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial and/or multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSI divisions; ability to lead projects (Senior Estimator) or manage multiple trades (Estimator).
• Proficient in estimating software and Excel, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Team-oriented and client-facing, with strong communication skills.
